    Money Track 2: Slot Review

Attention players, there is a new online slot game called Money Track 2 from Stakelogic. It is set in a futuristic steam punk-inspired world and features a big locomotive with a metallic skull and a mammoth hold & win game. Although it is not Money Train 4, there are similarities between the games that are likely intentional. The game is a surreal experience that is sure to make you chuckle.

The train that can be seen creates the mood because it is located very close to the nightmare machine in Money Train 3. It’s interesting to note that there is no Money Track part 1 yet, although one is reportedly being developed. Stakelogic, the developers of Money Track 2, seem to have had a lot of fun creating the game, as evidenced by its name and tone. It seems like Relax Gaming was intentionally trolled with the release of Money Track 2. It’s possible that the design team was pressured to capitalize on the success of Money Train, or, though it seems unlikely, they may have been unaware of the similarities to the other game. Nonetheless, the idea that they were not aware seems doubtful.

Money Track 2 slot – base game

Money Track 2 by Stakelogic is a highly volatile slot with a big potential. Its focal point is a hold & win bonus round, making it an exciting game to take on. The game is played on a 5×4 grid with various UI buttons, bonus buy, and collection meters. Players can choose a stake from 40 p/c to £/€80 and take advantage of the four bonus buy options. The default RTP of the game is 96%, whether you choose to use the bonus buy or not.

Money Track 2 has 40 paylines and you win when matching symbols appear from left to right, starting from the first reel. The symbols include metallic card ranks and futuristic characters. When you get 5 matching card ranks, you win 1.25 to 2.5 times your bet, and when you get 5 matching premium symbols, you win 5 to 12.5 times your bet. The wild symbol is the sheriff badge, which can replace any paying symbol to create a winning combination. There are wilds on all reels and getting 5 wilds in a row earns you 12.5 times your bet.

    Money Track 2: Slot Features

While playing the base game, keep an eye out for the Train Heist feature before the Cash Bonus feature is triggered or purchased.

    Train Heist Feature

In the base game, each Train symbol that appears increases the multiplier for the corresponding meter by 1. If no Train symbols appear, the meter is reset. When a Train Heist symbol lands, it collects all the multipliers above the reels and pays the total multiplied by the total bet. After the payout, the multipliers return to their original state.

    Cash Bonus

In this game, there are Train symbols that can appear on any reel. These symbols have multiplier values that can only be obtained in the Cash Bonus feature. If you get 6 or more Train symbols, you activate the Cash Bonus. The game will begin at level 1 with the first Cash Bonus Enhancer already unlocked. As you play the base game, each Train symbol that appears will move the next locked Cash Bonus Enhancer one step closer to being unlocked.

    • 1st Enhancer – reveals a multiplier value of 2x to 30x.
    • 2nd Enhancer – reveals a multiplier value of 2x to 50x. Adds the multiplier value to all other multipliers on the reels.
    • 3rd Enhancer – reveals a multiplier value of 2x to 80x. Doubles the multipliers on the reels.
    • 4th Enhancer – reveals a multiplier of x2 to 100x. Collects the values of other symbols on the reels.

In the Cash Bonus feature, you get 3 spins. If Train Symbols or Bonus Enhancers appear, they go to the bottom of their reel and stay there. If you fill the bottom row with 5 symbols, you get the total value of the multipliers and your spin count goes back to 3. The symbols used for the row disappear but other symbols may drop down. If you complete 2 rows on the same spin, the next Enhancer is unlocked.

    Buy Feature

There are four options for the bonus buy: Cash Bonus with 2 Enhancers for 75 times the bet, Cash Bonus with 3 Enhancers for 125 times the bet, Cash Bonus with 4 Enhancers for 200 times the bet, or a random option for 115 times of the bet.

    Money Track 2: Slot Verdict

In the past, Stakelogic developed games that resembled their competitors’ games. For instance, Mayan Rush was similar to Yggdrasil Gaming’s Valley of the Gods. Their recent game, Money Track 2, bears a striking resemblance to Relax Gaming’s successful game, Money Train 3, in terms of appearance, atmosphere, and name. People who have played Money Train 3 will notice the similarities. Although the gameplay of the two games is different, it’s worth noting that Stakelogic has boldly copied one of the most popular slots in the industry. Take a moment to reflect on this impressive feat.

As stated earlier and explained in the features section, the gameplay of Money Track 2 and Money Train slots is very different. Money Track 2 incorporates the Train Heist feature, which adds excitement to the base game by collecting Train Heist symbols to activate stronger Enhancers during free spins. The game is busy, but the real excitement comes from the Cash Bonus feature. It’s a hold & win style feature, but unique compared to others like the Money Cart feature. If you enjoy this type of bonus, it’s worth a try since Money Track 2 offers a max win of 50,000 times your bet, which is impressive even if it doesn’t seem as intense as other games out there.

Although not breaking any records for the biggest total in a train game, Money Track 2 offers a significant winning potential with impressive numbers and innovative gameplay. It appeals to players looking for substantial hold & win rewards. However, Stakelogic missed the opportunity to give the game a unique personality by linking it with the Money Train franchise. As a result, Money Track 2 struggles to establish its own identity.
